Less than 72 hours before the event / Event day: 100% of the total amount is charged.
Extraordinary Circumstances / Force Majeure: In cases such as official restrictions, severe weather conditions, security risks, or similar situations, a free date change is provided. If this is not possible, an open-date credit is issued instead of a deposit refund.
Weather Conditions: For rain or cold weather, backup solutions such as awnings, heating systems, umbrellas, and similar arrangements are applied. If there is a storm or sea conditions that affect safe cruising, the date is postponed free of charge.
External Services: If non-refundable payments have been made to suppliers such as venues, musicians, video teams, or pyrotechnic providers, these amounts are reflected as deductions.
No-Show / Delay: Delays caused by the client are not added to the total event duration. No-show situations are considered cancellations.
Change Notification: All cancellation and postponement requests must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp or email and become valid only after approval.
